Return Policy
Products may be returned for a full merchandise refund within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of original invoice or web order receipt from Specmo Enterprises is required. Credits or refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase price listed on customer invoice, less shipping charges, and a restocking charge of 25% of the merchandise price, unless merchandise was determined to be defective. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
